Return Policy

  • All orders are eligible for return for exchange or store credit from 30 days of delivery date. 
  • Eligible returns are considered products that have not been worn, used or damaged and must have all tags in place.
  • We do not accept returns for exchange after 30 days. However, exceptions can be made to receive a store credit if the product is proven to be in unused condition.

Shipping Policy

  • Please allow us 24-48 hours to process your order before issuing a tracking number.
  • Once the tracking number is issued, please allow 3-4 business days for delivery if you are on the East coast. If on the West coast, please allow 5-7 business days for delivery. Please note that some orders can take up to 14-28 days to be delivered (you will be notified if your order falls under this condition). 
  • If there are no updates to your tracking after 5 business days, we will issue a full refund via store credit. 
  • If products have been marked as delivered according to the carrier but the product is not there, you have 48 hours to notify us so that we can send out a replacement or store credit. Otherwise, all orders marked as delivered will not be eligible for store credit or replacement unless the products are returned to us.
